Health & Nutrition
Meet the Dietitian!
Did you know that Seminole Dining has a registered dietitian on staff? It's true and you can meet her and her team of dietetic student interns at your orientation this Summer! They'll be set up at an allergy friendly station during the offered lunch and dinner service and they'll have a table set up next to ours during the resource fair!
Whether you have a food allergy, are interested in plant-based dining, or you just want some guidance as you navigate dining on campus, stop by and ask all of your questions!
Have a Food Allergy? Need Special Accommodations?
The Office of Accessibility Services (OAS) supports students by providing accommodations, including dietary. Schedule a meeting with an OAS Accessibility Specialist by contacting them.
EMAIL: oas@fsu.eduOnce you've reached out to OAS, set up a meeting with your dietitian Ms. Chiung Lien, RDN LDN
