  • Chef Gilbert - Campus Executive Chef

    Chef Gilbert Hodge's passion for cooking was nurtured by his grandmother, who delighted the family with elaborate meals during special occasions like Christmas and Thanksgiving. Growing up in a large family, these gatherings were filled with delectable dishes and grand celebrations. Hailing from New Jersey, Gilbert has been honing his culinary skills for 35 years, starting from the tender age of 15 when he first stepped into the kitchen. The joy of witnessing others savor his creations and the happiness on their faces when presented with beautifully prepared dishes fuel his inspiration. Gilbert firmly believes that food possesses a unique ability to bring people together. During his impressive 7-year journey with Aramark, he has played a crucial role in opening three large accounts in different states, embracing diverse backgrounds and cultures along the way.

  • Chef Ken - Catering Executive Chef

    Chef Ken DiGiorgio specializes in American and International Cuisine, putting a modern twist on classical dishes from countries around the world. He has catered thousands of weddings, corporate events, movie/film shoots, and sports events. Chef Ken came to Legacy Catering from New Orleans after previously working as the Banquet Chef at The Roosevelt Waldorf Astoria Hotel. Originally from Orlando, Chef Ken spent time as the Banquet Chef at Isleworth Golf & Country Club, and previously owned one of Orlando’s top event catering businesses, Montage Catering.

  • Natasha - Catering Director

    Natasha Oquendo grew up between Puerto Rico and Massachusetts before finding her home in Tallahassee and joining the Legacy Catering team. With more than eight years of experience in catering management, she oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality catering services for a wide range of events. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to hospitality, she works closely with clients to design customized menus and experiences that meet and exceed expectations.
