What You Can Do

Please be advised that there is a risk of contamination at all stations besides True Balance due to shared kitchen space.

  • Fresh Gloves, Please

    Ask a dining employee to change their gloves, use new utensils or a fresh pan at made-to-order stations.

  • Allergy-Friendly Equipment

    Speak to a dining employee if you need access to allergy friendly designated equipment.

  • Ask to Be Served

    Items from self-serve stations can be offered from behind serving line if requested.

  • Extra Precautions

    Take extra precautions at all stations where cross contact may be more likely to occur, such as bakery, salad bar and grill.

    When in doubt, if you have questions and want to consult with the Dining Team regarding ingredients in a particular food, find the nearest employee to help you connect with our dining team supervisors or managers.

  • Menus Online

    You can view dining hall menus online to review ingredients and plan your meals ahead of time. Checking menus in advance can help you identify options that best meet your dietary needs.

  • Nutrition Signage

    Located at each station with nutrition facts and descriptions of each recipe.
